TREATED DATA TYPOLOGY

Web navigation data

The computer systems and software procedures designated to this website's mode of operation acquire, throughout their normal practise, some personal data whose transmission is implied in Internet communication's records use.
This involves information which are not gathered to be associated to identified members, but that for its nature might, through third parts' data processing and association, allow the members' identification.
In this data category go IP addresses or domain names of computers used by members who connect to the website, URI notation (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of requested resources, the method used to submit the server the query, the dimention of the file obtained in response, the number code which states the server's reply status (processed, error, etc.) and any other parameter related to the operating system and to the user's computer environment.
These data are used only in order to obtain anonymous statistic information about the website's use and to control its correct use. Furthermore the same data may be used to verify responsibility by necessity, i.e. IT violation against the site.

Users' expressly given data

The optional, explicit and voluntary mail transmission, even through forms, to the addresses specified on Uhelà, involvs the following acquisition of the sender's address - essential to reply the applications - and other data included, personal or not.

Websites' owners' personal data in directories

The freeholders of the websites present on Uhelà are notified about the existence of a dedicated page contextually to its publication by a mail to the public e-mail address indicated on their website.
The mentioned mail, in addition to pointing the url of the dedicated page to the website in question, has a link to a Uhelà area where the site's freeholder can upload logos and images or unsubscribe.
This last operation, which can be done at any time and in full autonomy, cancels the review, the images and logos used and removes every memorized data.

Cookies

Cookies are small text files which visited websites send to their terminals (usually browsers), where they're memorized to be rebroadcasted to the same websites every following visit through that very terminal.
Every website can moreover allow the transmission of "third parts" cookies, that is the ones generated by other websites, through contents such as banners, images, maps, sounds, videos, social buttons, widgets or specific links to other domain web pages.
Cookies have various purposes. Firstly they're used to improve users' surfing, for example keeping reserved connection up without the need to insert again username and password or to implement processes like e-shopping.
These kinds of cookies are called "technical", and informed user consent is not required. Without them some of the above-mentioned operations wouldn't be possible or would be more difficult and/or less safe.
On the contrary, informed consent is required, in accordance with the law, for "profiling" cookies, that is the ones used in order to obtain market surveys and customized advs, or even to get, through third parts cookies services, aggregated information about users' number and way of surfing.
Uhelà, for its own account, makes exclusively use of technical cookies.
In order to show customized advs, get information about the website's use or give additional features like sharing buttons presentation or maps/videos's visualisation Uhelà might, anyway, make use of a third party which, on its behalf, can use profiling cookies.
Regarding the current regulations, on each user's first visit there's an informative banner which warns about profiling cookies' use and specifies that the surfing continuation, realized with a click on any side of the web page, a scroll or the banner closing, means the informed user consent.
Shown below there's the list of third parts' services that may use profiling cookies, with links to every privacy policy and, where available, links to the pages which allow the opt-out.
